Who are We ?
Darren Rapson and Calvin Leonard are co founders of Appliance Recycling Ltd .They are both qualified electrical service technicians with over 30 years experience each in the field of whiteware and appliance repairs across the greater Auckland area . In 2011 they saw a growing trend and need for a boutique company to specialize in the collection, dismantling, scraping , reworking and recycling of old and disused appliances , e-waste , TV’s ,computers and more . The companies main business model is selling seconds ,carton damage , and repaired appliances and whiteware for a fraction of full retail prices but as an addon we are a collection point and accept a wide range of items to distribute to local scrap metal dealers and local recycling companies as well.
